Maine General Health OnBoarding

New Regional Hospital

It’s an exciting time to be part of MaineGeneral! Our vision of regionalizing health care in the Kennebec Valley is now a reality.

With 192 private rooms, the hospital is designed to bring our communities the best in patient and family-centered care. It is scheduled to open in the summer of 2014. The Thayer Comprehensive Outpatient Center, with its 24/7 Emergency Department and full array of outpatient services will open in spring 2015.
